I hope you all will understand why I'm not around the forums much recently. Staying focused on writing is crucially important... and extremely difficult. The business end of publishing can't be ignored, I'm sorry to say. I've got the page proofs for the paperback edition of Queen of Swords (a pile of paper that looks to be about three feet high -- okay, one foot, but still) staring at me from across the room.
And the trade paperback release of Tied to the Tracks is just around the corner. There's a lot riding on TTTT in trade paper. Anything you can do to spread the word would be much appreciated.
One way you could help is to go watch the book trailer at YouTube, and rate it while you're there. The trolls are already out and busy, and it would be great if the trailer didn't show up with a rating of one star. Thanks as ever for your support, good wishes, and loyalty. I am most likely the luckiest author in the world.
PS If something big is going on here, could somebody please drop me an email, so I don't miss it? Because I had no idea that Kathy's baby had arrived. Congratulations -- and welcome to the littlest member of the forum.
