I've read so many rotten reviews for books that I pay no attention to them any more. And I agree that some of them either haven't read the book or else got things so messed up that they didn't know what they were talking about. I figure whoever is reviewing is just giving their own personal opinion or being snide about an author they might not care for and that has absolutely nothing to do with my viewpoints. Do publishers base anything on reviews? If so, it's a pity. Just my thoughts because I've gotten disgusted by some reviews I've read.
